For Parents & Guardians
What is Click4Teens?
Click4Teens is more than just mentorship—it’s a program designed to help girls step into leadership, build confidence, and prepare for success. We connect high school girls (mentors) with middle school girls (mentees) in a Big Sister-Little Sister format.
Our focus is on:
- Leadership & Confidence Building
- Digital Safety & Smart Social Media Use
- College & Career Readiness
- Community Engagement & Volunteer Work
How does the mentorship program work?
📍 Here’s how it works:
- High school mentors get trained by Dr. B before they’re matched.
- Middle school mentees are paired with a mentor based on interests, goals, and personality
- They meet up regularly (virtually or in person) for mentorship, leadership training, and personal growth.
- Participants engage in events, volunteer work, college prep, and career exploration.
How much does it cost?
$125 per participant (mentors & mentees).
Sibling Discount: $10 off if more than one child enrolls.
While referrals are free, payment is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. Please get approval before applying.
Are scholarships available?
Yes! We offer income-based scholarships to ensure every girl has access to mentorship, no matter her financial situation. Please ask about scholarships when applying.

- Meetings happen in structured, approved settings.
- Parents stay informed and give approval before participation.
- Digital safety is taught & enforced—because knowing how to navigate social media is essential.

- Group activities, workshops, and structured events.

- Allowed only with parental awareness and approval.
- Must remain mentorship-related and appropriate.
- No late-night messaging or excessive personal interactions.

Mentors and mentees should NOT follow or direct message each other on personal social media. Instead, Click4Teens provides an official, monitored program group for safe and structured engagement.

If a mentor or mentee ever feels uncomfortable with communication, they should report it to program leaders immediately.
Expectations & Accountability
What happens if my child violates the Sisterhood Code?
Click4Teens is about respect, accountability, and growth. If a participant violates the code, we take a progressive approach:
First Violation – Verbal or written warning and a discussion with a program leader.
Second Violation – Parent/guardian notification and a required reflection session.
Third Violation – Suspension or removal from the program (fees are non-refundable).

We believe in learning from mistakes, but we also believe in maintaining a safe, positive environment for everyone.
Are program fees refundable if my child drops out?
No. Program fees are non-refundable. Once enrolled, fees cannot be returned, even if someone chooses to leave the program early.
